1. You have 7 calendar days from date of receipt of the item for its return, replacement and or refund.

2. To be eligible for a return, replacement or refund, your item must be:

a. In its original condition: sealed/unopened with intact tag/label;

b. Undefaced, unworn, unwashed, unaltered;

c. Accompanied by its manuals, warranties, or any other accessories; and

d. Complete with receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Within the 7 calendar days period, contact METROZADA on the ONLINE FORM: Fill up all details to ensure successful return:

a. Click Account in the homepage

b. Log-in to your account. Your Metrozada account details was sent to your registered email address.

c. On your  account, View all Order

d. Select the item to return

e. And click on Return button

4. Authorized personnel from Metrozada will contact you via email, SMS or text messages for initial evaluation and further instructions.

5. Wrap the item for return carefully to protect it and avoid damage to the parcel during transportation.

6. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return and/or replacement of the item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund

7. Once the item reached the Metrozada warehouse, there will be a quality evaluation process that may take 7 working days.

8. For VALID returns: You will be notified via email, SMS or text message.

a. Refund will be issued to you. For payments via payment gateway (e.g credit card, gcash and others) refund will take 5 to 7 working days.

b. You may opt to use the refund amount to be debited to your account for future purchase.

c. Replacement of item can be done only depending on the availability of identical or similar product.

9. For INVALID returns: You will be notified via email, SMS or text message and the item will be shipped back to you with the shipping cost at your expense.
